Can’t find my Notion database or page

You’ve been trying to search for a page or a database you have within your Notion workspace but you couldn’t find it.
Here are three possible reasons why it is not appearing on the search results:

Reason 1: You’re not searching by title

When searching, ensure you use the resource title either for pages or databases.
For inline databases, remember to search using the "database title" instead of the "page title", as shown on the screen below.

If you can't see the inline database title, here's how to display it:
  1. Click on the database header
  1. Select “Show database title”

Reason 2: You need to share it with the integration

Before searching for your database or page on the Copy To Notion search dropdown, make sure you have shared it. Refer to this small helpful guide article: How to Share Notion Databases and Pages.

Reason 3: You need to delete the connection and set it up again

If none of the methods worked for you try removing the Copy To Notion integration:

I hope this resolves your issue. If the problem persists, please reach out to [email protected] with as many details as possible, including some screenshots would be helpful.
