1. Take the screenshot

You can take a screenshot by clicking on the Copy To Notion icon in your browser toolbar:
  • Choose Take a Screenshot
  • Select an area on the web page that you wish to save, or simply click to capture a full screenshot.

2. Select the destination database

  • Click on “Add a Notion destination” under “Save to” dropdown
  • Type the title of your database on the search input
  • Select your database on the search results under Databases section.

3. Create your database form

Here you can match your database properties with the values provided by the extension.
Normally, the extension maps most of your database properties automatically for you, and you can change the mapping and the form title later whenever you want.
So, just click on SAVE & RETURN to create your database form.

4. Save the image

If your database has tags, you can select or create a tag related to your screenshot on the tags drop-down list. Then, click on “Add to Notion” to save your screenshot.

💡
You don’t need to repeat the 2nd and 3rd step every time for the same database, you can just select the related form under Stored Forms section.

5. Access the image

A little popup should be visible on the top right, you click on Open in Notion, to open the database page where the screenshot is saved.
