How to save a screenshot into a Notion page

1. Take the screenshot

You can take a screenshot by clicking on the Copy To Notion icon in your browser toolbar:
  • Choose Take a Screenshot
  • Select an area on the web page that you wish to save, or simply click to capture a full screenshot.

You can right-click and select Take a screenshot under Copy To Notion sub-menu, instead of using the extension icon.

2. Select the destination page

  • Click on the dropdown under Save to
  • Type the title of your page on the search input
  • Select your page on the search results.

You can star your favorite pages, so you can find them later under Starred Pages.

3. Save the image

If you want the screenshot to be saved directly at the bottom of your Notion page, just click on “Add to Notion”.
else If you want to save it to a specific section of your page, click on the drop-down under “Clip’s position”, then choose under which section you want your screenshot to be saved. Finally click on “Add to Notion” to save your screenshot.

4. Access the image

A little popup should be visible on the top right, you click on Open in Notion, to open the page where your screenshot is saved with a URL to the original source.
