How to Save Web Articles to Notion Pages

Are you looking to streamline your web research and content curation? Learn how to effortlessly save entire web articles directly to your Notion pages with the Copy To Notion extension. Follow these simple steps to enhance your productivity and organize your digital content.

1. Select Your Article

Navigate to the web page containing the article you want to save. Click on the Copy To Notion icon in your browser toolbar, then choose Article.

Pro tip: You can right-click anywhere on the page and select Article from the Copy To Notion sub-menu for quicker access.

2. Choose the Destination Page

  • Click on the dropdown menu under Save to
  • Type the title of your desired Notion page in the search input
  • Select your page from the search results

3. Save the Article

Click Add to Notion to save the entire article directly to the bottom of your selected Notion page.

4. Access Your Saved Article

After saving, a small popup will appear in the top right corner of your browser. Click Open in Notion to view your saved article, complete with a URL link to the original source.
